DRAKE FEEDER FEATURES
Integrating stainless steel, food-grade FANUC robotics with Drake’s high-performance controls and sanitation standards, Drake’s X5-Robotic Feeder seamlessly moves, counts, and stacks products to keep the X5 at 100% efficiency without the need for human intervention. It offers integrated communication with the X5 and simple recipe setup via Drake’s HMI.
With Drake’s innovative, patented end-of-arm tooling available, the reliable FANUC integration also comes with worldwide technical support. The X5-Robotic Feeder also includes an Infeed Conveyor, Paper Feeder, Sanitary Frame & the Drake Robotic Control Enclosure to prioritize both food-safety and easy access for cleaning.

SEAL BAR
The MasterPACKER® X5 with the Drake Loader has a 62″ wide impulse seal bar. The cool to the touch impulse seal bar provides a stong seal and added safety.
PRODUCTIVITY
The Drake Loader with its robotic arm and the MasterPACKer with its wide capabilities is designed to efficiently handles case-ready bags for a wide array of applications. From bacon, to case pack meats, to bread, to other products, with singles, doubles and triple layer capability. Easy change bag length, easy-to-use touchscreen, and ergonomic location of the controls, allow for quick and easy access to machine functions. All of which reduces labor cost with only one operator needed.
